This is a great community. The neighbors for the most part are old fashioned nice people. When it snowed this year, everyone helped everyone else shovel and push their cars out. We sit out side and talk to our neighbors all of the time. Most in this community are older and have been here for a while, but there are some of the younger crowd.

The apartments themsleves aren't luxury by a long shot, and are a bit old styled, but they are nice enough, and there is certainly enough space. They are very easily dressed up, if you don't mind and old fashioned looking kitchen.

Definately can't beat it for the price.

My only complaint about the place is the owner. She is very nice but very old and a little difficult to explain to her what you want. I asked her about the square footage of the 2 bedroom apartments and she told me that they are very nice and have a balcony. She is nice enough, but should perhaps hire a customer service person to help out.
