You have to sign a new lease with higher rent each year or you have to move.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
The place is nice, but the realty company really doesn't want you to stay, they raise the rent unfairly each year for remaining tenants, while new tenants can move in at the same rate I paid in 2000. I am very frustrated with the maintenance and the condition of my particular unit.
