apartment has ok space xtra advantage is half bath in bedroom and full size washer dryer hook up avail, big eat in kitchen not enough counter space though, windows are very very very drafty, air coming through windows will blow curtains or blinds easily,floor creaks like crazy, you hear the people above you walking around all day,walls are super thin, you hear everything above you and below you, and I mean everything which can be very unpleasant when you are trying to sleep, when something falls apart or breaks down, they don't replace it, they just fix it-do a patch job, office is very unorganized and staff is horrible they are constantly losing paper work and and mixing up apartments,maintenance is ok they take on average 1-2 days to come and fix what ever is broke, in the summer is spider mania bugs will be everywhere rent has gone up $5 in the one year that I have have been there - Move here if you have to, but don't plan to stay long!
