I lived here for three years, i was about on my way out when last year they finely got a new manager they knew what she was doing. In the previous years it was like pulling teeth to get something done or to get a answer out of anyone. I was renewing in February and was thinking of moving. My goal was to buy in anither year, but didnt know if I wan't to stay there one more year. The new manager convinced me to stay and asked me to give her a chance to show me that living at Colonial Glen would be a good experience and it was a good managment company. So I did. I have to say she was good on her word, it was the best year i spent there. Maintenance improved greatly, they changed people quite a bit but it was good service. Calling the office wasnt a hassle anymore, and the first time I got a call asking how the service was I was in shock. I could see things improving slowly but surely. I did just recently buy a house, so I did move out but it was the best year I spent there. So I say give it a try.
