Just moved in July 1st. No Problems with maintance at all as described in previous reviews. They asked me to fill out a form stating what I would like fixed the day I moved in and it was done the next day. I would notsay I have any complaints about the rental staff or maintance personal at all. I'm a single father of one, the place suits me fine, its spacious, clean, and is about $200.00 cheaper then my previous 2 bedroom apartment. I hear minimal noise, my neighbors are normal. The grounds are a little lack luster in appearance but that is the least of my worries.
