Apartment was clean and needed minimal repair work upon moving in. Office notified of repairs needed and all were addressed within the first week. Maintenance seems friendly and professional. Office staff were friendly and efficient. Can hear the neighbors move around some on the floor above but nothing unbearable. Positive response from local police when inquiring as to the safety, and security in the area.

Will be adding a picture as the one provided in the profile is either inaccurate or out of date as none of the buildings here look like that.
