My lease can't be up fast enough. Moving here was a huge mistake. Plumbing issues are horrible with black gook coming out the sinks which is in no way sanitary. Apartment cost $300 a month to heat all winter long and this is after doing my best to plastic windows. Units are paper thin and you can hear toilets flushing from above and even their phone conversations. These apartments need some serious upgrades. The only good thing is the size of the rooms.

It is always amazing to me how people use this site to bash a propery. You stated that the home needed updating. Did you not look at it prior to moving in???? As for the walls being paper thin, HELLO!!! older buildings had different building codes back then. You will find that problem in the majority of apartment communities that were built in between 1965 to atleast 1979. If you don't do your homework, its your own fault. (no I am not the current property manager there or an employee.)
