This would be a great 1st apartment, due to w/d included along with a dishwasher and only if you plan on beign there for 1 year. Its correct, the rent goest up 20.00 per year, you pay all utilities and you need to keep you heat up so you can stay warm. Maintence is great and I have been there 3.5 years and there has been 2 managers. This complex claims to go off your income, but I believe this is not true due to $605.00 is the rent of other 2-bedroom rates in the area with no utilities included.
