I've lived at Eagles Crest for 18 months now, and I have both good and bad comments...
The maintenance people are pretty good about fixing things once you call. And they're friendly.
The windows/doors are horrible in the winter. Heat bills are high even if you keep the temp low. I went as far as contacting the property manager (Multi Properties Inc) about the draft, and he came into my apartment and simply told me to put up plastic sheeting...which was to be paid for out of my pocket.
The space isn't bad, but don't get big furniture and expect it to get past the fromt door. I put a hole in the wall the day i moved in because my couch would not fit through the entry way...but it was the only one I had, so we forced it in. Not sure yet how I'll get it out though.
The balcony...non existent. The door opens to a railing, which is disappointing.
The pool is so small!!
Door knobs fall off all of the time!

On the good side...
The staff is pretty nice, and usually helpful with concerns/requests.
I have never had a problem with noise from people beside or below me. Or even people outside.
All of the appliances are new, and work well, never had a problem with any of them.

I liked the positive and negative aspects of the review. It sounds very objective. It makes it easier to see both good and bad sides of the apartment.

Nothing in the good review part is correct, the noise is unreal, the staff are not helpful at all, the appliances are average. This may be the worst place to live in america. The buildings and staff are awful.
