Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The apartments are filthy when rented out and you are cleaning them for at least 2 weeks. The plumbing doesn't work right and maintenance has to be called to fix the SAME problem over and over again. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors walking up the stairs to the highway traffic outside. Windows are not insulated and when it rains, it leaks. Did I mention the walls cracking and the ceiling bubbling' You'll do better to look somewhere else!
