Eagle's Crest is the worst apartment complex I have EVER lived in! I moved in to find out that I'd be sharing my bedroom with the most disgusting bugs! I can't even take my clothes out of bags that I moved them here in because I killed at least 15 bugs in my closet! The worst part is that I went to grab my tennis shoes from inside the closet and there were about 25 ants or baby centipedes living in them. This is my first winter here and I also found that the windows aren't even worth having in. I have to put 2 layers of plastic over them and hold it down with duck tape b/c there is so much air/wind that gets in, it just pulls the plastic right up. Believe me, you may be saving money in rent, but there is absolutely NO WAY you're saving it in gas and electric!!!!!! DO NOT EVER MOVE TO THIS BUG INFESTED, PIECE OF S**T APARTMENT COMPLEX! Needless to say I also hear EVERY single footstep of the people above me. My boyfriend was visiting me one of the first weekends I moved in and he heard the people upstairs doing something and we thought someone was breaking in to my apartment, it's ridiculous! And, if you're looking to buy a house and want to get out of your lease early, FORGET IT! This place is not even willing to work with you what-so-ever! Most places will at least work with you on it because that is one of the most important things you will do in your lifetime, but not Eagle's Crest! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR ANYONE OTHER THAN THEMSELVES!!! I HATE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved out because of the same bug problem you mentioned. To anyone reading this: that is not an exaggeration or a misrepresentation of the properties... the bug problem that this person mentioned is 100% accurate.

If you're looking for a quality apartment community, try Williamsburg Estates. I love living here!

I never really had to much of a problem, but when I did I called the office and they had someone come in and spray in my apartment and it didn't even cost me anything.
