I moved into Eagles Crest roughly four years ago and do have to say that the maintenance department is very, very good and quick. The only real bad points that I have is that if you are not on a top floor you will hear every step of the person above you and the rent is too high for what you get. Also, the windows are a joke. You might as well not have any.
