I lived at Eagle's Crest for a year, and just got out. Thank God. There are bugs, like everyone else has said. I saw the biggest centipede I've ever seen there! My car was broken into while I lived there, and no one seemed to care too much about it. At one point, I was out of work because of a broken arm. I let them know I would be A WEEK late on rent, they filed with the district justice and ended up costing me an extra $150. So nice of them. Additionally, the lighting in the common areas of the apt buildings was almost always out, and no one ever fixed that after multiple requests. The water was turned off for the ENTIRE DAY at least 4 times while I lived there. The common areas of the apts themselves were hideous and looked like a prison (or my grimy freshman year dorm). I was afraid to go out the back way of my apt because it was so dark and dirty!! I never saw a maintenance person. The insulation was terrible. In a one bedroom apt, I was paying over $200 a month in heating bills! The windows were so bad, you felt like you were standing outside if you were within three feet of them. Overall, I would never, ever, EVER recommend this complex to anyone, unless they want to be miserable and spend a lot of money on sub-standard housing!!!!!!!!!!!!
