Well, overall I don't think this is a bad apartment for the price. Yes, like most apartments you can hear your neighbors above you moving about and hear when the people across the hall get home, and hear people going up and down the stairs. I wasn't home all that much so it didn't really bug me too much. Oh yeah, and the neighbor below me played some horn which I could hear and he smoked which I could smell once in a while. Nice to have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave in the apartment. Yes, there were some bugs here and there but I just smashed them although if you had a problem with bugs you can call them and they will come spray in your apartment. Yes, they do a very poor job painting and paint over the light swithes and outlets and etc. However, if you had a maintenance problem they come to the rescue very quickly. However, be prepared to pay high bills when it is very hot or very cold outside. Cold air flows in through the windows in the winter and had to put up plastic around all windows and patio door which did help and also used a portable heater. In the summer when really hot you get hot air inside so pay more to keep the place cool. Instead kept the setting around 78 in the summer and used fans to help cut cost. Water temp can change while taking a shower which can be annoying. Parking not a problem. Never felt unsafe. Pool is nice. Fitness center doesn't have much to offer. Lots of closet space. Overall wasn't a bad place to live for the price but if willing to pay more I would have went with a better place.
