The worst part of living at eagles breast, was the centipedes. They were everywhere and enormous. The only good thing is they would spray if you wanted them to, but you would just find dead ones everywhere instead of live ones. Also my neighbors upstairs overflowed their sink, and it came through the walls and settled on my bedroom ceiling. eventually it got so wet and heavy that it collapsed on my computer causing some stains. after 3 months of repeated calls to maintenance, yes 3 months, they came and covered the hole. Also they charged me for the stain in the carpet that was left from the ceiling falling in. Someone took a dump under the stairwell which was right next to my door. That completely disgusted me. I am sure apt complexes have problems but this one was bad.
