This is in response to the last review posted on 8/6/08. You really think that these apartments are the nicest in the area' Im assuming you work for eagles crest because there is no way anyone that lives here believes that. People like you are a disrespect to sites like this that allow people who are searching for good housing to be fooled into moving here. Every review on this site has something negative to say excluding the other employee reviews. I've lived here for over a year now and have heard nothing good from anyone about this complex. I cannot remember the last week that has passed without a moving truck moving people out. Your title "Affordable and Overal Nicest Complex's in the area" has a misspelled word. You should have proofread your review before punching out for lunch. Thanks for trying to fool people by raising your recommendation rating. Congratulations, you got your rating up to 39%

This is a terrible apt. complex! Do not move in!! Maintenance is terribly rude and do not fix anything. The entryway is not safe at night. The noise from your neighbors and from I-83 is awfully loud. Also BEWARE you need to take pictures or have someone from management with you when you move in or move out. They will try to screw you BIG TIME from damages that were there when you move in. I moved out as soon as my year lease was over.

Wow! I am the person who wrote that comment on 8/6 how dare you jump to conclusions...those photos on my review are MY apartment with MY furniture... I lived there for a year and it was my first apartments! I lived at 4232 Storey's Court. Drove the white jetta. I moved out because I bought a house. Compared to there many other complexes I was looking at when I was shopping, Eagles Crest is one of the best ones! Yeah its not the BEST but out of all the ghetto run down complexes on the East shore...its nice.

I agree with the person who wrote the original review. People only think people come on this site to write bad things, but it is a review site NOT EVERYONE has so many complaints. This site has become a place where everyone just bashes everyone--not only management but each other really make one value your opinion of the property huh--you seem to just hate everyone-what a winner!
