I've spent the last year here. The Pros: (1) my particular layout has good space, great closet!, (2) new appliances including W/D and dishwasher in the unit, which is hard to find, (3) timely maintenance staff, (4) nice pool. The Cons: (1) Oh the CENTIPEDES! I was terrorized by these grotesque little creatures. I found them everywhere. Other raters were not kidding when they said there is a centipede problem. Staff said they sent pest control, but it never seemed to make a difference. The bugs only went away when winter came. Now they're back...and I'm out of here. (2) The leasing consultant was not upfront about the exact location of my unit. It may not be a big deal for others, but my unit happens to be just yards away from a major highway. The noise of passing vehicles prevents me from ever opening my windows. Especially at night...it keeps even the deepest sleepers awake. Very irritating. (3) Poor quality windows. (4) Shower has decent water pressure, but it would often go from ice cold to scalding hot. Overall, some good things, but would not do again, nor recommend for others. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
