Great space for the monthly rent. We lived on the third floor in a two bedroom and did have some problems keeping it cool in the summer (on the very hot days). Our heat was included luckily because the windows were terrible!!! We did have a few bugs but called and the exterminator came out and it took care of the problem. Staff was seemingly friendly except for the manager of the complex. She was not helpful at all and about as useless as they come. Maintenance was good. Usually next day service. I had to talk with the service manager once and he was very accomidating with the issue I had. The shower temperature comments are true. It goes from comfortable to scalding hot to freezing cold all in a matter of 10 seconds. We complained once and they came and replaced our shower head which did the trick for maybe a month (maybe) and then it was back to scalding/freezing showers again. In the winter, snow removal was low on their priority list for our street. They always started at the front of the complex and the people on Society Park Ct (like myself) were left to try to navigate the snowy and icy sidewalks. It had its problems but I wouldn't call it terrible. Saying that however, I would not recommend the community. There are a lot of other, nicer communities in the Harrisburg area. We did get our $99 deposit back.
