I have lived in quite a few apartments and, though I've only been at Eagles Crest for a few weeks, I'm finding it to be one of the nicest places I've rented. The office was rather slow in getting all my paperwork sorted and the lease signed, but they were helpful overall. The apartment itself I found very clean, freshly painted, and nice looking. Everything works well. There was a very slow leak in my bathtub, but maintenance came out the day after I mentioned it to the staff and fixed it quickly. The apartment stays very warm (even in -6 degree weather!) and the windows are triple paned, so no noise comes in from outside. I can once in a while hear the person upstairs, or the couple downstairs (if they're laughing really loudly), but overall this is very little noise compared to most places. The neighbors I've met are very friendly. Everyone smiles and chats, but they aren't intrusive. The building in which I live is mainly single professionals, which means they're tidy and quiet. Grounds are well kept, and hallways are vacuumed weekly.
My favorite thing about Eagles Crest so far' The storage space. I live in a Premier one bedroom, which has an awesome walk-in closet, and two other closets to boot. There's also a storage locker for each unit. Runner up is the nice long bathtub.
Point to note: be very careful if you have extra large furniture, as the door arrangement and low entryway ceiling make it difficult to fit big things like overstuffed sofas in. I didn't measure first and had to exchange a couch I bought for the place. Also, be sure to invest in a good lamp, as there is no supplied light in the bedroom (the ENORMOUS! (12x15) bedroom) or the living room. Dining room has a ceiling fan/light.
I'll try to remember to update once I've lived here longer.

I'm actually still quite happy with it, and will be staying after my lease is up. I just had maintenance come fix my garbage disposal, and he was here the same day as I called. The complex is still quiet, and I have never had any pest problems or things of that nature. My only complaint is that the floors are a bit weak in my building, and when the man upstairs walks around, it's rather loud from my apartment. I can hear the people downstairs once in a while, but only if they're being especially loud. If your'e looking to move in, I'd thus recommend trying for either the first or third floor, to cut down on neighbor noise. At least I never hear the people next door!

Thanks for the update. My fiance and I have chosen to go with this place and we will be living on the ground floor and will be moving in sometime in December. We have just had a terrible experience where we are now, so we are trying to keep a positive outlook and open mind that this place will be better. So far, they have been really nice and super easy to work with!
