I've lived here for almost five years now and most of the other reviewers are right on the money. Large apartments (even their studios are big!), central location, cheap garage parking, excellent maintenance, and a staff that bends over backwards for their residents. After reading some of the other horror stories on here, I'm glad I live at Exec House.

One thing I didn't see anyone else mention was that Exec House is close to the Verizon CO, so you can have just about any type of high-speed connection you want. And since all utilities (even electric) are included, it's great for technophiles like myself.

The only thing I would like to see them improve on would be to add more washers/dryers. They all tend to get full during peak hours. Other than that, I highly recommend the place to anyone thinking of moving downtown!
