I moved out recently because I wasn't terribly pleased with my apartment. Very small and somewhat outdated. Office hours not convenient (Saturdays by appt. only). You have to pay for parking. Location close to lots of things, including some scary looking locals. Also, you have to leave the downtown area to shop anyway (grocery & department stores are all located outside the city), so what's the point of living there'

I moved to the suburbs (east side of the river) and am much happier with my new community. Includes most utilities also, free parking and private entrances.

Ok if you want to be downtown, but if you're looking for space and quiet, you might want to look elsewhere.
