My boyfriend lived here for one year. Did not like living downtown & location of this building on the borderline of a very bad neighborhood. Apartments are tiny. He moved out to an apartment community in the suburbs and is much happier there. Do some research before signing up.

This is nowhere near a bad neighborhood. It's surrounded by the downtown commercial district. Are you referring to Allison Hill? Allison Hill is clear on the other side of Cameron Street, and if that's what you are referring to, then all of Harrisburg -- including the suburbs -- is "on the borderline". And the apartments are anything but tiny; just ask the place for a tour.

Totally agree that this building is not in a bad neighborhood and that the units are not at all small. It is a diverse community, which is so often in the PC midstate (all sarcasm intended) confused with the ghetto. The area is actually safe with many historic areas nearby.
