I lived there for 1 year. I hated it... bad location, management, smelly hallways, small apartments. I got out as soon as my lease was up and bought a house.

Location: Downtown life, easy access to major highways, dozens of fine restraunts and business's Management: I don't know about you but nowhere are you going to find perfect of this.
