I lived in a 1 bedroom townhouse for a year and have since moved out of state for work. I haven't been able to find a place as nice or as reasonable. I had neighboors on 3 sides of me and never heard a thing from any of them. I had to call maintenance 3-4 times - including to change a lightbulb! - during my year there and they were fabulous. Things were always fixed within 24 hours. I enjoyed the pool and the fitness center was great, especially since tenants could get in any time of day or night with a key. The staff were great during move-in and move-out. Even though I was breaking my lease a month early, the process was very quick and simple. I just loved living there and hope I can find another place I like as much as High Pointe!
