High Pointe changed management companies a couple months ago and the decline in service has been very noticeable! Previously, maintenance requests were completed the same day or, at most, within a day or two, and the office staff was friendly and accommodating. I have recently had a pretty serious maintenance problem (i.e. not just a leaky faucet or sticky window) that has not been addressed for weeks. I have called the office numerous times and, once they realize who is calling and what I am calling about, their attitude takes on quite a different tone.

On the positive side, the apartments are nice and spacious. Even with neighbors sharing walls on three sides, I never hear them. Neighbors are friendly. The location in relation to Harrisburg, shopping, entertainment and the interstate highways couldn't be better.

I say I would recommend High Pointe because, as long as you anticipate problems with maintenance and management issues, the positives outweigh the negatives.

I could not agree with this person more. I could have written this post myself. I've seen a serious decline in service and attitude from the new management company. I'm highly disappointed in the direction High Pointe Club Apartments has taken. It used to be fantastic, now it's just another typical apartment complex.

This is true the decline in service is very noticeable. The new manegement is terrible. They are not friendly and they take forever to fix something if they ever do. Awful!

I totally agree. The only thing that is keeping me here is the location and the spacious apartment. My patience with the new management it growing very thin.
