High Pointe Club used to be a very pleasant place to live, but since the management change it has gone down hill. The maintenance is unsatifactory, along with being lazy and unprofessional, and the overall customer service is poor. When they do come in to fix it, the job is of poor quality. Oh, and make sure you cover your stuff if they are painting or it will be ruined. It is a real disappointment since this used to be one of the jewel's of the East Shore. Replacing roofs currently and making tenants pay for it considerably. Would not recommend this complex until current management leaves.
