Ever since moving into High Pointe Club Apartments, I have experienced nothing but problems with the maintance. My washer/dryer unit broke the first time I used it and I was left with water sitting in my washing machine for weeks. Even with frequent phone calls no one came to even drain the water! Currently I have a large hole in my wall that has not been fixed for a little over a month. The hole was caused by the children, that are constantely running around ruining things. This has caused my electric bill to double and now with threat of lawyer envolvement the problem is being corrected. With a change in management High Pointe would be a great place to live becasue the apartments are large, modern and quite. There is also the added bonus of available attached garages. Be careful with your car as there are many children on bikes who continuly scratch my car.

Hi. I am debating whether to move in or not and I wanted to know if your issues were resolved yet and if you are still not happy living here?

move to the other side of the property (skyview circle). No kids. Never have any of these types of problems and I have been here for a year.
