The location is what makes this place nice to live in, very close to many shopping areas. Management is rude, especially the office manager. The place is beat up. We moved in a few months ago and the place was pretty filthy when we moved our belongings in. Cheap appliances, dents all over counters, dents on front door, molding is falling apart from the wall in the bathrooms and the kitchens. Parking is a joke, no lighting makes it feel a bit dangerous at night and there are never any spots near our apartment, we always have to park in the street. One last note, do bother paying for a garage unless you are going to use it for storage because they are very small. It seems interesting that you have to show proof of renters insurance before moving into the place and you also have to sign a special addendum to your lease about the dangers of mold. We won't be living here for long...

WOW! We just went to look at this place recently and I had an "ify" feeling. First just when calling to set up the appointment the person on the phone was extremely rude. I had asked about crime and such to which I got an "I can't answer that by law" response. I am hesitant to move here because of the maitanance and management issues everyone is speaking of and the lighting and parking issues that you have mentioned as well. Thank you for the informative information, and possibly saving us a years worth of headaches.

In response to this response, I have been working in property management for about 7 years and even though you may think the response you received to the question of crime issues was rude they were correct with their response. It is against the Fair Housing Law to comment on crime statistics. If the property comments on safety and you end up, by chance, getting mugged you will go right back to the property and say "You told me this was a safe place"...honestly is any place safe anymore?? If you want crime statistics you can contact the local police and they can give you those statistics. Also, if any other apartment communities are giving you that information they are violating the Fair Housing Law and can be fined $10,000 for doing so.
