I have lived here for almost 2 years. I find that maintenance and management are extremely helpful. If I have any maintenance issues at all I report them to the office and they are taken care of immediately. The office people are always nice when I call or stop in. There is street parking within the apartment complex which is where I park, only a few steps from my front door. I did have a light out at the top of by building and reported this to the office and it was fixed the next day. I have recommended High Pointe to others and they are very happy living here too. Great pool party in the summer!!
