I have lived here for almost a year and will be leaving when my rent term is up. There are always ants and mold grows in the shower drains within days of cleaning it. Also toliets must be cleaned every 2 days or mold will start to grow. My worst complaint is heating; the windows suck all the heat out; I went out and bought that shrink wrap for the windows and still my electric bill has doubled since November.
Pluses are location, which is close to parks and lakes, along with shopping. I will never rent here again. Also management is not helpful when questions are asked, however if they need something done they will be at your door.

Try williamsburg Estates. They pay for the gas heat, and it's very efficient. When I set the thermostat at 76 (the limit), it gets to be 80 in here! I love it warm... and my electric bill is just $45/month in the winter! :-)
