I must say that this is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in as an adult. The apartments are severly overpriced ($829/Month) and I also pay for parking ($95). For that price, I could have rented a house and controlled my own utilities. We have rolling blackout during the day and no heat during the nights, and the office staff is very unknowledgable and refuse to act in a professional manner when dealing with residents. This place is an absoute nightmare! The maintenance team in this building looks as if they were members of the Adam's Family and the other staff members are clueless..oh hell, down right dumb!

Ohh...all the utilities are not free...they now charge for cable. The sent a memo to each apartment advising reisdents that they would need to sign-up for cable for $30 more per month. This is crap! THE BROCHURE SAYS FREE CABLE..NOT YOU PAY AFTER YOU MOVE IN....THEY ARE LIARS IN THE WORST WAY.

The building manager is an absolute idiot. She is a cry-baby sucker that needs to grow a brain! She complains so much about the residents and does not realize that THEY ALL CONTRIBUTE TO HER SALARY. She needs to grow a backbone and be a woman....stop having flunkies do you work! I wish I got paid to do nothing....to just sit on my as* and gossip...eating cup cakes--itches.

If you don't listen to this message and move into this place, you deserve everything you get! I hope you get a double dose for being stupid!!! Please listen to all the complaints and move-on when you across their ad.
