I have lived in the building for almost 3 years now. I absolutly love it here. I moved here as a last minute decision. I needed somewhere to go near college and they were the only place that could have me in immediatly. I started in a studio apartment which was perfect for me because I was living alone. i thought the price was decent considering that ALL the utilities are included along with digital cable with HBO. After being in the studio for a few years I decided to get a roomate and move to a 2 bedroom. We have the greatest view ever in the 2 bedroom. Every morning I can wake up and see the river along with the beautiful courtyard. I have never had a bad experience here. My work orders arent always done as soon as i call them in, but they are done with in an ample amount of time. There are things that do go wrong in the building and sometimes that cant always be helped. The girls in the office do the best they can for as many units are in this building.
It looks better than it ever has. The maintenance staff is very helpful and goes out of thier way to help us after hours (especially when we lock ourselves out of our apartment). If I was the one answering that phone call at 1130pm to come let someone in their apartment Id be very angry. They handle it pretty good.
As far as parking goes. Yea its not the best. But you can walk right along the river. Who else really has that advantage'' You really cant beat the prices here or the views. Its definatly not the biggest apartment but its perfect for me. Now of course once i decide to get married and have kids i would want something bigger. But until the time comes Korman Communities is my place to be.
