Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Parking is a major problem, security does not exist. Antiquated plumbing. Don't have problems after 5pm. Safety is an extreme issue. Two set fires possibly three have occured in last nine months. Elevators are always out of order. For the price you can get a much nicer apartment.
