There is little to no parking, and the situation is made infinitely worse by the fact that although there are signs indicating that people who double park or who are blocking lanes will be towed, NO ONE EVER IS. This means that a lot of times there *could* be spots, but you can't get to them because someone earlier blocked the way. And the staff do not give a damn about the situation.
There is absolutely no security, despite the fact that they tout 24 hour 7 day a week on sight security personnel. No one is ever in the front office watching the video cameras.
The maintenance people are appallingly bad. When someone vomited in front of the building, they LEFT IT THERE for three weeks until the elements washed it away (a pleasant return home from work, let me tell you). When my faucet was leaky, they took off the cold water knob and put it back on backward. So now, to turn it off, you have to turn it up. When I needed new blinds it took THREE MONTHS to receive them.
This apartment inspired my husband and I to purchase a home two years ahead of schedule, just to get out of here.
