I have lived a Korman Communities for a while now and I love it. As a student at Widener Law School, the property has been more than accomodating to my short notice move in. I think it's great that all my utilities are included and I even get digital cable with HBO! Only one check to write a month! As far as internet and phone, I use my cell phone and they have the business center downstairs that I can use to get on the internet. Not to mention that they have a fitness center which is free to use so I can save money on a gym membership. I have found the building to be VERY quiet. And I love the rooftop sun deck. What a great view! The parking situation can be tough at times, but you just have to remember that it is a city. It would be worse if you lived in Philadelphia or NYC. All of the people here are really nice and friendly. I would recommend this building.
