I don't mind it nearly as much as everyone else. But I have come up with a few problems. I was late on my rent once, (because nobody was in the rental office when I dropped off my check ON TIME), and then after that they made me get a certified check every time I wanted to pay my rent, when it was their fault all along. I dont mind paying the extra hundred bucks to park in the basement; there's always a spot for me and it seems pretty safe. I drive everywhere so the crime doesnt really concern me, but the city sucks for crime anyways. Laundry is not terrible.
