Recently I saw on craigslist ads by the staff from Korman communities trying to give these places away for $550 a month and still nobody wants them. The place is run by a girl scout troupe that doesn't have a first clue. One of them once told me that the "penthouse suites" for business travelers on the top floor rent out for $5,000 a month - Right. I'd rather stay at a motel 6, at least their internet connection works.

The place smells horrible and resembles a mix between a college dorm and a sanitarium. If you find yourself sweating inside it's because there is no air conditioning and there's no parking either. This place is an absolute joke and Korman should take a shovel to the place.
