We are staying here..since 12 month.(because of lease)..this place looks very attractive at first visit also staff is very tactful (looks like they works on commissions) so they start their conversation with lies YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE ABOUT PARKING..everybody complains..while signing lease staff will tell u parking is free around the building but there are only 40 Spaces for 200 PEOPLE ( 100 CARS)..so
I only find parking space once a week..so..i need to park my car on street all the time and 2 times my car was hit by someone its very risky, otherwise korman provide basement for parking but for that they will charge 150 to 250..they wont tell you at first..
I don t consider Korman as an apartment at all..this place is like hell, small hotel rooms..and they converted into apartments there is NO EXAUST FAN IN BATHROOM. I have many things to share but cant write anymore.
So I would like to conclude, This place is very expensive and not at all worth it..
DO NOT STAY AT KORMAN. There are many apartments around this area very cheap and reasonable

GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN KORMAN TRAP LOL !!
