At one time, Korman Communities used to be a nice place. It was filled with business people and friendly elderly people. The place was well-maintained, and they went out of their way to treat people well. They even provided Starbucks Coffee, muffins and apples/oranges/bananas in the morning to their renters. So even though the building was older and the apartments were small, no one cared or complained. We enjoyed living there.
How quickly it changed.
All of a sudden they started renting to these young hoodlums. You know ... HAAC rats! Immediately the noise levels rose. All of a sudden there was vandalism and garbage in the halls. There were two fires started within one year in the garbage chutes. All of the working and elderly people who had resided there for years left. And the reaction by the office staff' Just fill up the vacancies with MORE juvenile delinquents! At one time there were really nice people working there. They were all replaced by some of the rudest, least caring people I've ever met.
No, if you want a quiet living environment free from juvenile foolishness, I recommend you look elsewhere.
