The townhouses have different stone and/or brick fronts. They have full basements and are generally well kept. Maintainence is good but usually requires two trips. Townhouses on SW corner seem to be exposed to more road noise than those on the NE corner. The original rental manager was excellent but has been replaced. The new manager has very poor people skills and seems out to get as much from the tennants as possible. It is unknown how the original and rather liberal verbal agreements of townhouse condition will be honored by the new management. So far, it looks bleak.
