For the price and the quality it lead us to believe they would keep up on the rules of the complex, however teenage kids smoke pot and drink alcohol outside, are loud yelling at all hours without regard to neighbors and nothing has been done about it. The management tells us to contact the police. I am not pleased with how they have not addressed this issue. As long as these kids pay the rent, they can do what they want unless the residents push and call the cops over and over again, then maybe something will be done. Its a shame, because the home is nice, spacious, and we have had very little maintenance problems. I would check into police reports before I signed a lease here. Just my recommendation.
