My husband and I were looking for a nice place to raise our son and something close to work (he would be walking distance). We checked out the place and viewed a townhome. We loved it and was ready to sign for it right then and there! BUT........ After tacking on all the fees including their background check, credit check, $100 deposit to hold it and if those checks didn't satisfy them you loose the money. Then first and last months rent and WAIT there is more... the pet fees!!! They wanted close to $500 for my 2 cats for a deposit and wait there is more... they wanted almost $100 more a month for pet rent!!!!! By the time all these fees added up we were looking at almost $3,000 just to get started!!!! I'm sorry, but my child makes more of a mess then my two cat can ever do in a lifetime!! Needless to say, we are not living there and I do not consider them very pet friendly. If my friends ask about this place, I tell them not even to bother if they have a pet.
