Every apartment has a reliable washer and dryer in it. The neighborhood is very nice and the apartment is located with easy access to major highways. Although, I have never seen any security guards, the complex is very safe. All apartments are secured and only accessible by key. The tenant must buzz visitors in. Parking is great in the daytime but at night it gets harder to park close to your building. Last but not least the apartments are a bit pricey and you have to pay all utilities.
