Overall this is a good place to live. We have had very little problems, maintenance fixed the routine problems in a very timely manner. I wish they would trim the hedges more often, they creep up on the sidewalks sometimes. The walls are a bit thin, it's somewhat easy to overhear neighbors. I do feel VERY safe here though.
