I would like to commend the maintenance staff. They have always been curtious and prompt. we had our washer replaced on a saturday night. that is where the niceties stop. management is very rude; one associate gave my wife a hard time about a pool pass and said out loud that she couldnt get this place on her own due to her credit. this same person accused my wife of lying about the death of her 11 yr. old dog. when i gave notice management told me as she shook her hands in my face" this is a reality issue". denying we were on a month to month lease. she never read our termination letter stating we would transfer to another property. she instantly tried to screw us. The pool was hardly ever open during the summer, the tanning bulbs were burnt out. these emmenities are why we pay premium rent. my last complaint is not mangements fault, however beware. . the smell of curry invades your apartment, we burn candles and insense. this is intrusive and highly annoying. when we walk through the courtyards the smell is overwhelming.The new office manager has been nice and she honored her word, however some of the other office staff could take some lessons in customer service. they can be outright mean.
