Stay far away from here. The rent is extremely high for this area. You can do much better for less money. The apartments are older and in need of renovating. I must have called for maintenance 20 times over the last year. Something was always broken. Also, my heat bills were astronomical. It cost me $162 month for a 1 bedroom in the winter. This was with the place set at 63 degrees. The new management is a nightmare. They were arrogant and rude to deal with. Another thing, the gym facility was always dirty. The icing on the cake was when I turned in my keys I found out I'm going to get cheated out of my "sure deposit" ($87.50). Nobody told me it was nonrefundable. It's not stated that way on my receipt. Over the last 6 months I saw allot of people moving out. The only good thing I can say about this facility is that the Maintenance personal were prompt and very courteous. Also, this isn't the nicest part of town either.
