When we moved in initially, it seemed nice under the old management company. Then a new management company took over and things took a turn for the worse. It would seem that in the process of keeping vacancies to a minimum, they will overlook and ignore blatant lease violations. Many tenants leave trash outside their doors for days. Dangerous dog breeds outlined in their lease as not acceptable are running around without leashes. Dog feces is virtually everywhere you step. Skateboarders are everywhere as well as unsupervised children who I have personally witnessed throw rocks at cars. I have even had to call the police on several occasions as well as provide my own presence to keep my own vehicle from being damaged. This is all culminated by a non caring management staff who expresses no interest at all when you bring issues to them. Trust me, they are more concerned with their bottom line than your quality of life. Sadly, the excellent maintenence staff becomes overshadowed by the incredibly glaring issues plauging the rest of the complex and staff. So if you dont mind free running pit bulls, fecal matter, skateboarders, trash and uncaring office staff then this is the place for you!

What pit bulls? I have lived here 17 years and have never noticed a problem with loose dogs.
