Funny thing about this kind of site. Only the people who have complaints are the ones posting stuff here. Makes you wonder what kind of a tenant they were. I have lived her almost two years and love it. The maintenance staff is awesome, always there right away. The office staff I have never had a problem, I have dealt with most of them at one time or another and they all are very friendly. As for animals, yes there are alot of pets here but I have never seen any loose dogs. I would recommed Lakewood to anyone. It is a great place to live! I love it. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

That's funny, I've lived here since June and I've had problems since the day I moved in. My apartment wasn't clean and it smelled funny. My air conditioning didn't work which was a problem since it was summer and it took someone more than 2 hours to come to my apartmenta and another 2 hours to fix it. And, I never received a pass to the "fitness center."I always pay my rent on time, and keep to myself except for the one day when someone stole my ipod from my car. You are just one lucky person who happens to have not gotten screwed over by Lakewood Hills, I wish we could trade places.
