I came to Lakewood (Swampwood) 2 yrs ago. The staff was mighty friendly when I had to sign but I found the customer service drop as time went by.
I have a spider/earwig problem, the windows/sliding doors (from the 70's')allow all the Pa winter gusts to come in. Repairs are 1/2 assed until you get firm, all the closet doors fall off, there's virtually no kitchen cabinet space and I take my life into my hands crossing the street to get to the trash can.
Have you noticed they removed the sign from the entryway' Huge Accident ! Small obstruction of vision. I'm certain the officer ripped it out at the scene.
If you have a dispute, don't expect prompt resolution until you give notice you're moving.
On a positive note; I love the ducks and wildlife and if you do have an emergency in the middle of the night their maintenance is prompt...not happy but prompt.

Oh! and some office staff are more professional than others. Find your contact early on.

I agree about the closet doors. Mine has been coming off the track for several years now. The track needs to be completely replaced, but they refuse.
