- Day I moved in I had to clean the toilet bowl. Ridicilous!!

- I was promised a full size washer-dryer and given a small one. One has to do 3-4 loads each week to compensate for the small washer-dryer. The utilities bills are obviously high because of that.

- The gas meter was messed up. Outdated and gave incorrect readings, until I got it repaired. Imagine a single person living in a 2 br apartment paying a monthly gas bill of 100 at an average. Electric is seperate.

- Insulation of the apartment is extremely bad. During winter, you will feel draft's of air comming from the windows.

- All equipment in the apartments are antiques. My water heater just burst day before and the 2nd floor room is all messed up and the 1st floor room is all flooded. It's inhabitable. Not to mention that my desktop computer on the 1st floor is completely destroyed.

- The maintenance staff or the hired contractors left broken glass all over the kitchen floor, I have a cut on my toe because of that. I cannot use the kitchen since there is a supporting beam in the kitchen celing to prevent it from falling on my head. It's going to take atleast 7-10 days to fix this mess.

To top it all off the property manager offered me a genegous $100 for the inconvenience caused and adviced me to get renters insurance. They never bothered to offered the resident (me) a place to live.

These are the worst apartments I have ever seen. I do not want to live here anymore. Not to mention the poor outdoor lighting and mugging that happend in the parking lot last year (2005).
